Generic or blank samples may be requested for viewing, you have 30 days in which to return them or you will be billed for the sample.

We accept the following forms of payment Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express cards. We do accept purchase orders from school districts and established customers. Otherwise, payment must be sent with order.

Every effort is made to produce your order to exact specifications. Should a mistake occur, please contact us to make arrangements for corrections or replacements.

Many of our crystal products are individually made and may vary in size and contain bubbles or flow lines. These qualities are considered to be the definitive way of identifying a glass product that has been handcrafted. We do not consider these to be defects and will not consider them as reason for replacement.

Engraving on plates may be done in the following ways: Laser Engraving, Diamond Dragging, or Rotary Engraving. Unless otherwise specified, the engraver will choose the best engraving type. Engraving on Hand Bells will be engraved using diamond dragging engraving. The final product is directly related to the quality of the artwork provided. Artwork must be a high quality black & white line art. No color or gray scales are permissible. Black & White art @ 600dpi(dots per inch) is preferable. Artwork can be sent on a CD using a PC format in high resolution TIF, CorelDraw X3 or lower(CDR/CPT file), or Illustrator 11 or lower(EPS file). Transitions of art files via E-mail are also accepted using the above specs. This quality of artwork is commonly used for stationary printing. It is likely that your printer has your artwork in one of these formats.

We reserve the right to reject any artwork not suitable for engraving.

There is a $40.00 per hour charge to bring art up to specs. (Estimates available)

Each use of the design or any of our stock clipart cost is $5.00 per use.

Each letter of text outside the original design will be charged as follows.

$.20 per letter on flat surfaces.

$.25 per letter on rounded surfaces - $5.00 min. (includes 20 characters)

$.30 per letter on sand-etched surfaces (glass, marble, or metal). - $10.00 min.

Each item will have a minimum engraving charge.

Please note that the engraving area on many surfaces such as bells and apples is limited.

It is assumed by Apple Awards that artwork submitted for printing is being used in full compliance with all applicable law regarding its usage. Customer agrees to assume any liability resulting from claims against us for service marks, infringements of trademarks, copyrights, patents and personal rights.

Unless specified in writing at time order is placed; we reserve the right to use any item we produce for display and promotion.
