Our price includes your custom message and/or logo lasered into the name tag. However, a one-time set up charge of $15.00 will be added for logos not already on file with us. Click here for directions on sending logo artwork. Vector logos are the best way to send them. We will waive the setup charge if your logo is sent as a vector file. We will notify you if your artwork needs additional modifications to make it usable. Custom shapes are available upon request.
